Note: Login to portal you should have Sta-mar customer id & registered email if you have any questions, please contact to our office.
Please open any browser from your device(Laptop/Computer/Mobile/iPad) & enter www.Sta-mar.com this URL into your browser. Please check following screenshot.
After click on Sta-mar portal URL you can see login screen bellow the login button there is "Forgot Password? Click here to Reset" link, please click on that. Please check following screenshot.
After click on reset password link it will redirect to Forgot/Reset Password Page. You can see in the following screenshot. You need to enter customer id provided by Sta-mar & your registered email with Sta-mar. When you enter customer id & registered email click on submit button after that you will receive new password on your registered email.
You can see the login screen as per following screenshot, please select the Client checkbox, enter valid customer id/username & password after that click on login button.
When you login successfully you will redirect to the client portal dashboard, on the dashboard you can see your order list current & old orders. Left side you can see the other options which are explained in the following points.
After click on My Orders menu has all your orders which are coming in.
As per shown in the following screenshot, Click on the dropdown icon after that you can see tracking #.
Click on the view icon you can see the order details. Please check following screenshot.
Click on the view icon you can see the order details after that press ctrl + p keys. You will get option to print order. Please check follwing screenshot.
Click on folder icon from order list, you can see one small window there is option to upload documents.
You can see the folder icon which is available for view documents related to that order, when you click on folder icon you can see small window there is uploaded document list, click on the document name from the document list to view the document.
If you want to delete documents which is not related to that order may be bymistake you add you can delete it. Please check following screenshot.
You can see My Invoices option right side click on that to see your paid & unpaid invoice list till date.
To view invoice click on the eye icon from the invoice list after click on that you can your invoice as per following screenshot.
